In general, stitches should be removed within 5–7 days after surgery.removing them earlier than 5 days may interfere with proper wound healing. Internal lower blepharoplasty is a surgical technique in which the incision is made on the inside of the lower eyelid, leaving no visible scar on the external skin. This approach allows for a faster recovery and does not require external sutures.
